Right of Withdrawal and Returns

14-day right of withdrawal

When buying from the online shop, a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason (Law of Obligations Act, VÕS § 56; Directive 2011/83/EU).

How to return

• Fill in the return form (on the "Returns and Warranty" page): enter your order number and email address and select the products you are returning.
• You will receive an RMA case number and instructions for sending the goods by email.
• Pack the goods carefully, include all accessories and mark the RMA number on the parcel.

Returned goods must be complete. The buyer may examine the goods as they would in a shop. If the value of the goods has diminished as a result of handling beyond that, we may deduct the corresponding amount from the refund. The buyer bears the postage costs of the return unless the goods are defective.

Refunds

We will refund the amount paid for the purchase, including the cost of the original standard delivery, no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method as the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or the buyer has provided proof of having sent them back.

Notice of withdrawal

To withdraw, send us a clear statement (e.g. an email) to [email protected] or by post to KARTIM OÜ, Laki põik 4, 12915 Tallinn. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the 14-day period has expired. Return the goods no later than 14 days after submitting your notice.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed software and data carriers if the packaging has been opened after delivery, or to goods made to order or personalised according to the buyer's specifications (VÕS § 53 (4); Directive 2011/83/EU).
