Terms of sale

General provisions

The seller of the online shop is KARTIM OÜ (registration code 12591035, Laki põik 4, 12915 Tallinn). By placing an order, the buyer confirms having read these terms.

Prices and ordering

Prices are in euros and include VAT. The contract is concluded when payment is received. If a product is unexpectedly out of stock, we'll contact the buyer and offer a replacement or a refund.

Disputes

Disputes are settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the consumer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee (www.ttja.ee) or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
