Processing of personal data

KARTIM OÜ processes the buyer's personal data (name, email, phone, address, order history) to fulfil orders, for invoicing, to handle returns and warranty cases, and to meet legal obligations.

Data sharing

We share data only to the extent necessary to fulfil the order: with the payment service provider, the transport company and accounting. We send the newsletter only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Retention and your rights

We keep accounting source documents for 7 years (Estonian Accounting Act). You have the right to access your data and to request its correction or deletion – write to [email protected].
