**Statistics and ad measurement** (only with your consent): Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager (Google), Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) and the OpenAI measurement pixel (ChatGPT ads). They help us understand how the shop is used and which ads lead to purchases. You can withdraw your consent by deleting this site's data in your browser – we'll then ask again.

**Meta Conversions API** (only with your consent): we send Meta Pixel events (page and product views, search, add to cart, checkout, purchase) to Meta from our server as well as from the browser – so the same event is not counted twice and ad results are more accurate. Each event includes the IP address, browser details, Meta cookie IDs (_fbp, _fbc) and an anonymous visitor ID; for purchases and signed-in customers also e-mail, phone, name and address in hashed form (SHA-256, not readable). Without consent nothing is sent to Meta.

If you enter your email at checkout or place an order, we store the hashed form (SHA-256) of these details with this browser's anonymous ID and add it to this browser's later Meta events for up to 180 days.

**Customer journey** (only with statistics consent): the km_jid cookie (30 days) links your visits in this browser. We record the pages viewed (product, category, search term), purchase steps (cart, checkout, delivery and payment method) and the source of the visit (referring site, ad click flag, device type and browser) and attach them to your order to improve the shop and customer service. IP addresses are not stored. Data not linked to an order is deleted after 30 days; data on an order is deleted together with the customer account. Without consent nothing is stored.
