AV-09KFBI is a versatile IP-phone and access control panel suitable for business premises and apartment buildings. The device combines a phone system, access control and smart access in one solution. The panel features an aluminum housing, full keyboard and concierge button and is designed for convenient and secure daily use.

Multiple authentication methods can be used for entry: facial recognition, QR code, RFID card or key fob, guest access link, BAS-IP Link application, UKEY mobile access, Apple Watch (via Link APP PLUS), API or monitor-based unlocking.

The system allows you to create flexible access rules and manage identifier validity. Electromechanical lock control is supported, lift control with BAS-IP EVRC-IP module, and server-based access management via BAS-IP Link cloud or your own server. The panel also supports open API integration, remote software updates and allows connection of up to 8 additional locks with expansion modules (SH-42).
