Installation, Charging and Maintenance

• The battery must be installed only in the corresponding EN54 system device (Hub or ReX). A backup battery is required in all cases, even when external mains power is available

• The battery requires no separate maintenance or charge level monitoring, as it is charged automatically while the system is mains-powered

• For long-term storage, it is recommended to keep the battery at a maximum of +30 °C to slow down battery ageing
