Contactors and relay modules are the switching layer between low-voltage control systems and real-world loads: gates, barriers, lighting, locks, pumps and motors. In security installations they let an access controller or alarm panel switch equipment safely without exposing the controller to high currents.Select a module by coil voltage (12 V and 24 V DC are standard in security systems), contact rating in amps, the number of changeover contacts and the mounting style – DIN-rail modules keep cabinets tidy. Time-delay relays add functions such as automatic gate closing.
