Ajax EN54 I/O Module 2X2 Jeweller Wireless Module, White

EN54 I/O Module 2X2 Jeweller is a wireless addressable input and output module with two inputs and two relay outputs. It enables control of third-party devices and expands the functionality of the Ajax system. The device complies with important European fire safety standards: EN 54-18 for input/output devices, EN 54-25 for radio communication and the RED 2014/53/EU radio equipment directive.

Functionality and features

Inputs: 2 inputs compatible with different connection types such as NO, NC, EOL, 2EOL and 3EOL. They allow connection of signals from fire detection panels, buttons or HVAC systems.

Outputs: 2 galvanically isolated relay outputs. They support AC devices from 10 to 250 V up to 10 A and DC devices from 10 to 30 V up to 5 A. Operating modes include pulse mode and bistable mode, with selectable pulse duration from 1 second to 1 hour 30 minutes.

Wireless communication: Jeweller radio communication provides two-way, encrypted and frequency-hopping connection with a range of up to 1700 m in open space.

Power and battery life

Powered by two CR123A batteries with up to 5 years of battery life. When the battery is low, an automatic notification is sent through the Ajax app.

The module does not require external mains power, but it does not power connected devices. Connected devices must have their own power supply.
