Ajax KeyPad Outdoor Jeweller
The KeyPad Outdoor Jeweller is a wireless outdoor/indoor keypad that allows you to conveniently and securely manage your Ajax security system. The device can be used with a passcode, contactless card (Pass/Tag), key fob or even a smartphone (Bluetooth ≥ 4.2) to enter, change guard status and control automation devices.
More than just a standard indoor keypad, the housing is weatherproof and suitable for installation at a door, gate, garage or office entrance, even outdoors.

Installation and operating conditions

The device is designed to be installed in a typical entrance area – door, gate, garage, office, etc. For outdoor use, the housing is waterproof and suitable for harsh weather conditions.

Installation is carried out with the SmartBracket mounting bracket supplied: the unit has a sealed cover, a sealing ring and an opening with a gasket for cable management – this protects against moisture and dust.

If a more stable power supply is needed, an external power supply (12 V) can be added, leaving the batteries as a backup.
