Akuvox R25K – IP video door phone call panel with keypad and ultra-wide angle camera

Akuvox R25K is a compact IP video door phone call panel that combines video calling, access control and multiple door opening options. The device is suitable for apartment buildings, office buildings, private houses, gates and other controlled entrances.

R25K is equipped with a 4 MP camera and WDR function, which helps to get a clearer image under different lighting conditions. The camera’s 150° horizontal and 150° vertical viewing angle provides a wide overview of the entrance area and reduces blind spots.

Convenient communication with visitors

Akuvox R25K enables two-way video and audio communication over IP network. Built-in microphone, speaker and echo cancellation help ensure clear communication between the call panel and an indoor monitor or other connected device.

The panel can be used at a door or gate where the user wants to see and speak with a visitor before granting access.

Multiple door opening options

The numeric keypad on the R25K front panel allows PIN code access. The built-in card reader supports 13.56 MHz and 125 kHz cards and NFC with supported Android devices.

Door opening can be done using:

• PIN code;
• EM card;
• MIFARE card;
• NFC with supported Android device.

Different authentication methods can be used according to the facility and user requirements.

Two relay outputs

Akuvox R25K has two relay outputs, allowing control of for example two doors, a door and gate or other access control system devices.

The device has two inputs for connecting external devices. These can be used for example to connect a door contact or exit button.

Integration with other systems

R25K runs on Linux operating system and supports SIP and ONVIF protocols. This allows the device to be integrated with IP phone systems and compatible video surveillance solutions.

The panel includes:

• Ethernet connection;
• PoE power according to IEEE 802.3af standard;
• RS485 interface;
• configurable Wiegand input or output;
• two relay outputs;
• two inputs.

Suitable for indoor and outdoor installation

Akuvox R25K aluminum front panel features a compact and neutral design. IP65 protection class allows the device to be used in outdoor conditions.

Operating temperature is –30 °C to +60 °C and the panel can be installed either flush-mounted or surface-mounted on wall (surface-mount bracket is included, flush-mount bracket must be ordered separately).
