The sensor is a bistatic microwave sensor consisting of a transmitter and receiver. The operating principle of the sensor is based on creating an electromagnetic field in the space between the transmitter and receiver. This field forms a spatial detection zone whose shape resembles an elongated rotating ellipsoid. When an intruder crosses this zone, the sensor registers field changes and activates the corresponding alarm signal.
