Ajax StreetSiren – Description

1. Overview:
The Ajax StreetSiren is a wireless siren that works within the Ajax security system. It is used outdoors to alert people around a building of an alarm by means of a loud audible alarm and flashing LED warning lights.

2. Basic characteristics:

• Volume: adjustable 85-113 dB (1 metre distance)

• Visual indicator: integrated LED indicator

• Wireless communication: uses Jeweller radio (up to 1500 m range in open country).

• Working time: up to 5 years on a single set of batteries

• Power supply:

  • Battery-powered (4 × CR123A), or

  • External power supply 12 V DC

• Installation: Easy installation with SmartBracket fastening

• Operating temperature: -25°C to +50°C

• Moisture resistance: protection class IP54 (suitable for outdoor use)

3. Additional features:

• Tamper protection: alerts if an attempt is made to remove or open the device.

• Sound duration: adjustable from 3 to 180 seconds.

• Self-test and battery status monitoring via Ajax app
