General information

• Type: wireless “curtain” motion sensor suitable for outdoor (and reasonably indoor) use.

• Detection range: up to 3.8-11.9 m depending on the installation height

• Viewing angle: horizontal ~8°; vertical ~85° at higher installation height (~2.4 m), or ~15° at lower installation height (~1 m).

Identification technology

• Dual PIR + Ka-band microwave: alarm is triggered only when both infrared and microwave sensors detect movement.

• SmartDetect & Temperature Compensation: boosts detection efficiency even in outdoor conditions – detects human movement, ignores noise, animals, plants and thermal interference.

Pet-friendly

• Pet-immunity mode: ignores animals and small objects up to ~1 m (configurable with butterfly), depending on the technique.

Sabotage and mask protection

• Anti-masking: detects masking of the probe, pre-masking or change of masking – with a delay it is activated.

• Tamper button: notifies you when a description is broken or removed.

Communication and security

• Protocol: Ajax Jeweller, two-sided AES encryption, frequency hopping, alarm delay <0.15 s; coverage up to 1 700 m in open area.

• Tooltip & remote setting of settings: possibility to change sensor sensitivity, detection range and pet-mode mode via the mobile app.

Power supply and lifetime

• Battery: 2 × CR123A (3 V), pre-installed, battery life up to approx. 3 years

• Electrical interface: there is no external power supply, only a battery.
