Ajax Transmitter
The Ajax Transmitter is a wireless integration module that allows you to connect any third-party wired sensors (e.g. motion sensors, IR barriers, gas, water or leak detectors, fire or smoke detectors, temperature or level sensors, etc.) to your Ajax alarm system.
The module receives the sensor signal (alarm or tamper) via the wires and transmits it as a wireless signal to the Ajax centre. If required, the transmitter can also supply power to the connected sensor.
The transmitter also makes “old” wired devices fully compatible with the Ajax system – setting levels are displayed in the Ajax application like normal Ajax devices and alarms, tamper notifications, etc. work in the same way as on Ajax’s own devices.
Installation is simple: the module is wired into the sensor housing or universal mounting box; setup is done via a smartphone app.
